You should always switch your workouts up in order to gain better results. Here's sum ideas that you can use to spice up your cardio: you can jump sum rope, run intervals on the tread, & do some boxing hitting the heavy bay. I find that for myself HIT (high intenstiy training) cardio works best for my workouts! I get my heart rate up burn more calories & I luv the fact that my body isn't use 2 my new routines! So next time you find urself stuck in the gym doing the same ol same ol, realize your body needs change & mix it up!! Have fun with your workouts..:)

Remember when eating your meals throughout the day, it is always a good idea to try and monitor the calories you are taking in. That way you will know how many you take in so then you will know how many you need to burn during your workouts. I find that knowing how many calories you should be taking in on a daily basis helps you maintain your weight so that you are not fluctuating all the time.
